Teaching your dog to avoid rattlesnakes with reward based methods! Join me in this Rattlesnake Training for Dogs - private class in your home. Pain induced Rattlesnake training can actually do more harm than good, as your dog learns to fear snakes and potentially get scared when they encounter one on your hikes or back yard. I will teach you and your dog a way to keep both of you safe when seeing, hearing or scenting a Rattlesnake. Your dog will furthermore learn a dedicated response to alert you of the presence of a Rattlesnake to keep you safe as well. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE PRIVATE RATTLESNAKE AVOIDANCE TRAINING PLAN Benefits of this as private lessons: - we can focus 100% on you and your dogs needs - training in your environment, where you choose it - day & time of lessons will be setup according to YOUR schedule - no fixed class times - we can learn together in your dogs speed - potentially faster progress than in a class setting - personalized support * ALL training will be fun & reward based * to book this service, you and your dog need to have some experience with reward-based / positive reinforcement training - if you don't, please book at least one single lesson with me to be introduced to the basics * this is a 6 week course and for most efficiency must be finished within 2 months. * Please return the Intake Form at least 48h before the first session (will be provided when booking a plan) * certain session parts will be recorded for your keeping and training reference * Duration 45-60 min depending on the dogs attention span and training intensity of the day * certain equipment might have to be bought for training - a list will be provided as needed * no e-collar, choke chain or prong collars will be permitted * the last lesson should be held in a different location for practice purposes * Taking this course does not guarantee that you or your dog will not get bitten by a rattlesnake (or other snakes)
