Before getting your dog is especially good for first time dog owners or pet parents that haven't had a dog for a while.

Here we will go over everything I wish I would have know before I got my first dog many years ago but we will also take the latest research and industry developments into considerations.

Good Dog Level 1 is a basic life skills 6 week course which is great for puppies but also older dogs that need basic training or refreshing.

sit-stay / leave it / recall / lead walking / fetching / settle / eye contact / find it / spin / hand touch

The exercises start with the basic foundations and will build up as the course progresses. 

Flying with your dog on an airplane is stressful and not everyone has the financial means to fly charter and give their dog a seat next to them. 

I wrote this little course when we moved from the UK to the USA with our two Golden Retriever and want to share with you how to best prepare your dog mentally for this stressful time.
